Order Shipment:

Your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order for most products, and within ten days for Made-to-Order items. If for any reason there is a delay in order shipping, we will contact you immediately. Product orders typically deliver in 5-7 business days from shipment and arrive via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or another preferred carrier. Our Made-to-Order products can take up to 7-10 days to process and will deliver within 3-5 days of shipment. All Made-to-Order items have specific shipping length details on their respective pages.

We offer FREE standard shipping to residential or business addresses within the 50 U.S. states and District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@centerpeacehealth.com

Operation, Storage, and Product Care:

Wash fabric bands before first-use and then, in an on-going, weekly basis
Sensor and base station can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
To wash the fabric band, first remove sensor, then machine wash cold, gentle-cycle, inside a garment bag using a mild detergent. Hang dry. Do not put in drying or use heat to dry, as this can damage the band. Alternatively, it can be hand washed.

Requires the free HALO app for operation and data analysis - Compatible with Android (v.8 Oreo and above) and iOS (v.12+).
